Exchange & Returns

Returns and Exchange Portal:

Please note the following stipulations regarding returns:

  • Sale and promotional items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. Once a product is purchased at a set price, we are unable to apply future sale discounts or refunds in the event of an exchange.

Returns and Exchange | Online Orders

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. You can return an item within 14 working days of placing your order for a full refund or exchange (for pre-order items, returns can be made within 14 working days from the day you received your order). All returned items must be unworn, in re-sellable condition, with tags still attached and in original packaging. We reserve the right to return items back to you if these conditions are not met.

Please note that returns are not free; the customer is responsible for the cost of returning any item purchased with us. We are also not liable for items lost or damaged during transit. We strongly recommend sending all returns using recorded delivery.

All items will be inspected upon arrival at our fulfillment center. If they are found to be damaged or unclean, we have the right to return them back to you. We are conscious of the potential waste caused by un-resellable returns and prefer to send these items back to the sender. If our fulfillment team determines an item is in an un-resellable condition, it may be reviewed by a specialist team on a case-by-case basis. Please note that this may extend the time before you receive a refund.

Products returned for exchange will incur no extra charges for sending out the exchanged product. However, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for any sale or discounted products.

Please allow up to 21 working days to process your return or exchange. In the event that a refund is due, we will refund you the amount indicated in your order details, excluding external costs such as shipping fees. Once processed, the refund will follow the timelines of your payment provider.

Please keep your receipt until your return reaches us, as the responsibility for the return lies with you.
