TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BLESSED HOOPS CAMP SWITZERLAND :

Health and Safety :

a. Participants are required to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries prior to the commencement of the camp.
b. In the event of sickness or injury during the camp, participants are responsible for seeking appropriate medical attention.
c. Our camp does not provide medical insurance coverage. Participants are advised to ensure they have adequate medical insurance to cover any medical expenses incurred during the camp.

Cancellation Policy :

a. Full reimbursement will be granted for cancellations made at least 30 days before the start of the camp.

b. No reimbursement will be granted for cancellations made within 30 days before the start of the camp, and the full amount will be due.

Code of Conduct :

a. Participants are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the camp organisers.
b. Any disruptive behaviour or violation of camp rules may result in dismissal from the camp without reimbursement.

Liability Waiver :

a. Participation in the basketball camp involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. By enrolling in the camp, participants acknowledge and accept these risks.
b. The camp organisers, coaches, and staff shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the camp.
By registering for the basketball camp, participants agree to abide by the above terms and conditions. The camp organisers reserve the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
